Thank you so much for stopping by the worship page for Seymour Heights. I have had
the privilege of leading worship at Seymour for the past nine years. And I can say, in
all honesty, that I never know where God's Spirit is going to lead us from week to week,
but it's always a refreshing, energizing journey.
Worship at Seymour Heights is vibrant, energetic, and uplifting. Over 25 musicians participate in the leadership of worship on a rotating basis - and these people love serving God with their talents!
At Seymour, we view worship as a lifestyle. It's not just something we do on Sunday mornings! Every aspect of our lives is an act of worship to our Creator God, and we have designed our Sunday morning services as an oasis for your to "fill your tank" before heading out into the world each week.
In the Psalms, we are given many directions on how, when and why to worship God. I love the way Psalm 100:1 is expressed in this modern translation:
"On your feet now—applaud God! Bring a gift of laughter, sing yourselves into his presence." Psalm 100:1 (Message)
