Mom's Day Out
Mom's Day Out is a two day a week program where Moms can bring their preschoolers to free up their time to run errands, work, or just have a day off.
How old does my child have to be?
We accept ages 18 months to 5 year olds.
What days are you open?
We are open Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..
How much does it cost?
There is a registration fee of $35 that is due at enrollment. The charge for the program is $30 a week.
When can I enroll my child?
Enrollment for Fall begins April 1, 2009
Do I have to bring my child both days?
We must fill both days. However, if there are two families that each only want one day then arrangements can be made.
Will my child have a nap time?
Yes, each class will have an age appropriate rest time after their lunch.
Do you serve a snack?
Yes, we will serve a nutritious snack each morning.
How many adults will be in my child's class?
Each class will have two adults; a teacher and an assistant teacher.
What will my child be doing while at Mom's Day Out?
Your child will alternate between lessons and play time. The Bible based lessons will teach the basics of letters, numbers, and colors along with social and character building skills.
How do I register my child?
Registration packets are available for pick up in the church office any time Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Please complete the entire package and return the packet to the director along with your registration fee of $35.
Teachers
Each of our teachers have background checks and are CPR and First Aid certified.
Ginger Smith, Mom's Day Out Director
Ginger has an Associates Degree in Childhood Development from Johnson Bible Collage and is CDA certified. She has worked with children in churches and preschools for over 15 years. Ginger is married to Carl and they have two wonderful children Nathan and Katherine.
